Students That Do! is expanding and offering franchise opportunities for qualified entrepreneurs. The founders of Students That Do! spent many months investigating the economic viability of this student-based business, that of offering a hired hand to homeowners and business owners, in several urban centers across Canada. The findings were clear and consistent, coast to coast: There is a high demand for this type of service, the competition is almost non-existent, and, as there is a great need for flexible student employment, the 'supply' component is readily available, skilled and motivated.

After months of studying, developing strategies, and creating a software model (which is key to our administrative process), we are now confident that the business opportunity presented here will succeed in any city in North America with a population of more than 50,000.

Investment

Our model consists of a Franchise Fee, along with a monthly Royalty Fee.

Franchise Fee includes:

Head Office Support - This includes helping set up your new business to the point that it is fully functional and generating revenues. Head Office will then continue to develop new methods and refine systems to enhance your business, as well as continuing to provide marketing and sales support.

Marketing - Marketing will continue on a provincial and national level through a variety of media . We will advertise across Canada and into the United States as we enter into each region. As well, all potential customers will be referred directly to the Students That Do! office in their city.

"Business in a Box" Process - Franchisees will receive our marketing materials, brochures and forms in digital format and will be set up with our unique web-based network system to computerize all aspects of your new business.

Royalty Fee

The royalties paid monthly by our Franchisees, based on gross revenues, are applied towards further marketing, research and development. This cost sharing in marketing, design, advertising, and promotion of Students That Do! will benefit each Franchise as we continue to move the business forward. The association with a national business strengthens each individual market, with ongoing enhancements and continued development cost being passed to each Franchisee at a fraction of the total cost.

Franchisee Selection

Caution is taken in our Franchisee selection process. Preference is given to optimistic candidates who are committed, self-motivated, hard working, and achievement oriented. They must possess a strong business background, have good people and communication skills, and of course, have the financial capacity to invest in their success.

The initial investment commitment is modest in comparison to the potential rewards of this opportunity. However, it is imperative that the potential Franchisee is in a financial position to sustain the business to the point of profitability. Although our projections are conservative, we require candidates to have 6 months cash flow available in addition to the fees of the Franchise.
